Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to paid subscriptions for Technominds products. Individual products may publish additional details on their own websites; where they do, the product-specific policy applies alongside this one.
Cancelling a Subscription
You can cancel a subscription at any time from the product's account or billing settings, or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep access until then, and you will not be charged again.
Refunds
If a paid product does not work as described, contact us within 14 days of the charge and we will work with you to fix the problem or issue a refund. Refund requests outside this window are assessed case by case.
How Refunds Are Processed
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take several business days for the amount to appear in your account.
Free Tools
Our free online tools are provided free of charge and do not involve any payment, so no refunds apply to them.
